When I was pregnant with my son I knew I wanted to learn more about birth and find a way to ease my anxiety surrounding the birthing process. That’s when I found a local HypnoBirthing® class. I was able to give birth free of fear and felt so empowered afterwards, it was life changing to say the least.

As a proud HypnoBirthing® mom I was so excited to share what I had learned with my friends and family. Now as a certified HypnoBirthing® childbirth educator, I am excited to offer classes in Cedar City and the surrounding area.

I love being outside whether it’s at the park, on a hike, or snowboarding. When I’m not out and about I am usually reading or listening to podcasts! Above all else I love spending time with my family.
