When I was pregnant with my son I knew I wanted to learn more about birth and find a way to ease my anxiety surrounding the birthing process. That’s when I found a local HypnoBirthing® class. I was able to give birth free of fear and felt so empowered afterwards, it was life changing to say the least. As a proud HypnoBirthing® mom I was so excited to share what I had learned with my friends and family. Since moving to Cedar City I noticed no one was offering the classes I was suggesting to my friends — so now as a certified HypnoBirthing® childbirth educator, I am excited to offer classes in Cedar City and the surrounding area.

I was born and raised in Arizona and met my husband in Alaska. After marrying and moving a few times our family landed here in Cedar City, Utah in 2023 and we are loving it!

I love being outside whether it’s at the park, on a hike, or snowboarding. When I’m not out and about I am usually reading, listening to podcasts, or cooking! Above all else I love spending time with my family.
