A 5-week in person group class that includes deep relaxation, breathing exercises, affirmations, visualizations, and evidence-based childbirth education. Being able to utilize these tools can help you feel calm, confident, and joyful as you prepare for birth. Connect with other expecting parents as you get ready to welcome your baby into the world.
Recommended for parents expecting their baby in September, October, November, and early December. However, if you are due at a later date you are still welcome to join!
Notice: Classes will take place over Zoom. You must have a quiet area with little to no distractions. You must also have a working camera to participate. If this is not possible please book the In-Person class option instead! Thank you.
